# CosmoFox  Mining Tournament

The Creator Mining Tournament is a 21-day team competition inside Mine2Earn.

Players join one of the participating creator teams, activate Mining Drones, drill planets, complete mini-games, and mine ZYLO. Every player’s result contributes to the total performance of their team.

### How to join

1. Open CosmoFox using the referral link of a participating creator.
2. Activate a Mining Drone.
3. Drill planets and complete mini-games during the tournament.
4. Help your team climb the leaderboard.

Once you join a team, your mining results will automatically count toward its tournament score.

### Tournament duration

The tournament lasts 21 days.

Different Mining Drones remain active for different periods:

| Drone duration | Maximum reward per mini-game |
| -------------- | ---------------------------- |
| 10 days        | 4.59 ZYLO                    |
| 15 days        | 16.18 ZYLO                   |
| 22 days        | 35.28 ZYLO                   |
| 30 days        | 93.94 ZYLO                   |

Players can choose their own strategy: use one long-term drone, activate several shorter drones during the event, or switch to a stronger drone as the tournament progresses.

### How the winner is determined

The winning team is the team that mines the largest total amount of ZYLO during the 21-day tournament.

The team result depends on:

* the number of participating players;
* the Mining Drones they use;
* how regularly they play;
* their performance in mini-games.

Better results in mini-games mean more ZYLO for the player and a larger contribution to the team score.

All ZYLO mined during the tournament remains with the player regardless of the final team result.

### Qualified players

A qualified player must:

* join through the creator’s referral link;
* activate a Mining Drone;
* drill at least 10 planets on different days during the tournament.

Qualified player status may be required to receive tournament rewards or participate in reward draws.

### Tournament rewards

Tournament rewards consist of ZYLO Lootboxes.

Lootboxes will be distributed in two ways:

* members of the winning team will receive ZYLO Lootboxes;
* an additional number of ZYLO Lootboxes will be randomly distributed among qualified players from all participating teams.

This means that players from any team can still win an additional reward, even if their team does not finish first.

ZYLO Lootboxes contain different amounts of ZYLO. The reward inside each lootbox is determined randomly according to the published lootbox probabilities.

### Leaderboard updates

Intermediate standings will be published regularly during the tournament.

Updates may include:

* total ZYLO mined by each team;
* number of qualified players;
* current team positions;
* the difference between competing teams.

Final results will be published after the tournament data has been reviewed.

### Fair play

Accounts using automation, multiple accounts, artificial activity, or other unfair methods may be removed from the tournament.

Only valid activity completed during the official tournament period will be included in the final results.
